Select Forgot Password? on the Altiora sign-in screen, enter your registered email address, and choose Send Reset Link. Open the message from Altiora and follow the secure reset instructions. You can use Resend Email if a message does not arrive after a few minutes.

Get back into your account and resolve login problems.
Confirm that you entered the email registered to your Altiora account, then check spam, junk, promotions, and any email filters. Wait a few minutes before selecting Resend Email. If repeated attempts still do not arrive, contact support without sharing your password.
The current Altiora sign-in field accepts either your username or registered email address. Use whichever you remember, together with your password. Social accounts should normally continue using their original Apple, Google, or Facebook button.
A session can end after security changes, cleared browser data, an app update, or a long period of inactivity. On a private device, Remember Me can reduce repeated sign-ins. Do not use that option on a shared device. If sign-outs continue, update the app, restart it, and reset your password if you suspect unauthorized access.
Creating an Account
Create your Altiora identity and complete account setup.
Choose Create Account from the sign-in screen. Complete the requested account details, enter and confirm your password, then finish any verification or profile steps shown. You can also choose Apple, Google, or Facebook under Sign Up With.
Email verification confirms that you control the address connected to your account. It helps protect password recovery and important security messages. Use the newest verification message, and check spam or junk if it is missing.
Follow the requirements displayed on the account creation screen, since they may evolve as Altiora’s security controls are updated. Use a long, unique password that you do not reuse elsewhere, and make sure the password and confirmation fields match.
Altiora usernames must be unique. The name may already belong to another account or may be reserved. Try a clear variation using initials or a small number, while avoiding personal information you would not want visible on your profile.
First identify which account contains the profile and activity you want to keep. Sign out of the duplicate and continue using the preferred account. If you need help closing the duplicate or reviewing possible account options, contact support with the email addresses involved—never send passwords.
Using the Altiora App
Learn the essentials of profiles, posts, Cheers, and challenges.
Open the post creation control in Altiora, choose the photo or video you want to share, add helpful context or a caption, and review the post before publishing. Only upload media you created or have permission to share, and follow the Community Guidelines.
Cheers are Altiora’s positive way to celebrate effort, progress, and helpful content. Use them to encourage other movers without turning the experience into unhealthy competition.
Challenges give you a shared movement goal you can work toward individually or with others. Open a challenge to review its details before joining, participate at a level that is safe for you, and use your activity or posts to share progress where the challenge allows.
Open your profile and look for the edit control. Update the fields available in your current app version, choose a profile image you have permission to use, and save. If a specific field is locked, it may require verification or help from support.
Open the available menu on the post, comment, profile, or Circle and choose Report. Select the reason that best matches the concern and add accurate context when requested. Altiora moderators—and Circle owners or moderators where applicable—review reports under the Community Guidelines.
If saving is available in your current version, use the save or bookmark control on a post and look for Saved from your profile or account menu. If no Saved section is shown, the feature may not yet be available on that device or release.
Circles
Connect with people who move like you.
Explore Circles by topic, open one that matches your interests, review its description and rules, then use the available join control. Some Circles may require owner approval before you can participate.
Open the Circle, use its membership or options menu, and choose the available leave action. Leaving may remove the Circle from your feed, but content you previously shared may remain unless you delete it or a moderator removes it.
If Circle creation is enabled for your account, open the Circles area and choose the create option. Add a clear name, purpose, description, and rules before inviting members. If the control is not visible, creation may still be limited in the current release.
Owners and moderators can enforce the Circle’s topic and additional rules using the controls available to them. They may review reports, remove content, or restrict participation. Circle rules work alongside Altiora’s Community Guidelines and cannot replace them.
A post may be removed when it is off-topic, breaks that Circle’s rules, or violates Altiora’s Community Guidelines. Review the Circle rules and any notice you received. If you believe the decision was a mistake, contact the Circle owner or Altiora support calmly with the relevant details.
Privacy & Security
Keep your account, sessions, and personal information safer.
Use a unique password, keep access to your registered email secure, and never share reset links or verification codes. Sign out on shared devices and avoid saving your session there. Altiora’s handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
If Multi-Factor Authentication is available for your account, it will appear in the security area of Settings with setup instructions. Follow those instructions and store recovery information safely. If you do not see the option, it may not yet be enabled for your current app version.
Confirm that your account email is correct, check spam and junk folders, and wait before requesting another code. Use only the newest code or link because older ones may expire. Contact support if delivery repeatedly fails.
Look in the security area of Settings if session or trusted-device management is available in your version. Remove anything you do not recognize, then change your password. If those controls are not currently shown and you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and contact support.
Change your password immediately, secure the email or social account connected to Altiora, and sign out of unfamiliar sessions when that control is available. Contact support with the time and device information from the alert, but never send your password or verification codes.
Account & Settings
Manage account details, notifications, and your data.
Use the password option in account settings when available. If you cannot sign in or do not see that option, choose Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen and reset it through your registered email.
Open account settings and use the email option if it is available. For security, Altiora may ask you to verify the new address or sign in again. If the field cannot be changed in your version, contact support from an address you can access.
Review notification preferences in Altiora Settings, then confirm that notifications are permitted in your phone or browser settings. Available notification types may differ by device and app version.
Use the account deletion option in Settings if it is available and carefully review what will be removed. If that option is not shown, contact support to request deletion. Altiora may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Use a data or privacy request option in Settings when available. Otherwise, contact support with the account email and specify that you want a copy of your Altiora data. Do not include your password in the request.
Technical Issues
Try quick fixes for common app and website problems.
Close and reopen Altiora, confirm your connection, update the app and device software, then restart the device. If the issue continues, note what you were doing, your device model, operating system, and app version before reporting the bug.
Check your connection and confirm Altiora has permission to access photos or media. Try a shorter or smaller file in a common format and keep the app open while it uploads. If one file repeatedly fails, try another to determine whether the issue is file-specific.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, refresh the feed once, and reopen Altiora. Disable any network filter that may block media, then check for an app update. Avoid repeatedly refreshing while the connection is unstable.
Confirm notifications are enabled both in Altiora Settings and in your device settings. Check battery-saving or focus modes, then reopen the app. Some notification categories may not be available in every release.
Refresh once, try a current browser, and temporarily disable an extension that may block scripts or cookies. Clear site data only if needed because doing so can sign you out. If the problem continues, include the page address, browser, and a screenshot when contacting support.
Use the Contact page and describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps that reproduce it. Include your device, operating system, app or browser version, and a screenshot if it does not contain private information.

Use the same provider you originally used to create the account. Confirm that you are signed in to that provider, allow pop-ups or redirects for Altiora, and retry on a stable connection. If the provider reports that an account already exists, return to Altiora and sign in with the original method instead of creating another account.
